All RAUWBERTO DESIGNS apparel is made-to-order. Most orders are printed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 7-14 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

2. How do I choose the right size?

We recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order. For the best fit, compare the measurements in our sizing chart with your favorite t-shirt at home.

3. What if my shirt arrives damaged or there's a printing issue?

We stand behind our products and want you to love your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We'll work quickly to make things right.

4. Can I return or exchange my shirt?

Because each item is made specifically for you when ordered, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, buyer's remorse, or preference changes.
